Amethyst Ashes, dust, and an alchemist staring at her own mistakes. She's gathered up some of the ashes for use as reagents in god-who-knows-what, but now she's just standing and wandering around the ash field.

And this is no ordinary alchemist. Wearing a silken white tunic with violet trims, a blue, long-sleaved shirt underneath that matches the color of her pants, a pair of nice leather boots, and her signature hand wraps adorn her.

But more distinctively, is her skin, a faint violet tinge, the faint smell of salt, and her eyes the glisten like the sea before a storm. Her aspect markings show her unmistakably to be a child of Danaa'd.

But still she has the ears of her fae-blooded past, ears that are droopy and sad as she walks through the ashes of her old home, waiting for Socket to arrive.

First Socket of the Heavenly Garden Socket sees Amethyst, as she approaches that mess of ash, the rather missing place Amethyst used to tend to be, but well, Socket approaches, looking around and smelling the flames that had been here, "Well... I suppose you don't have the reagents I was looking for today, either." She comments, a little playfully.
Amethyst The Dragoness headshakes. "I suppose not. Unless you're looking for ash or tears" She sighs and walks over towards Socket. "I think it's well time that I had this place rebuilt, and I figured I would send you a message about working out the details." Amethyst says. "Here, let's go into the backroom." And she walks three steps and sighs, as tho to make a point about how she currently has no home. "...Nevermind." She just plops herself down in the ashes. And her face is one of regret and sorrow.
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden Socket pauses, "No... I don't think those are things I really want." She shakes her head, "Though I could perhaps use some later. I think they could be useful necromantically but I
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden 'm not sure that's something I really want to be taking part in anytime soon." She pauses, then she nods,, "Oh! Yes, that does sound like a good plan." She laughs, "Yes, not exactly much of a back room to look into, but I'm sure we can do some rebuilding this. No, not rebuilding. Building! We can certainly make a new alchemy shop for you! You can perhaps keep watch for some components for me with it..." She's already starting to draft a bit in her mind.
Amethyst "My services would be at your disposal if you could build me a magnificent place." Amethyst says, grinning. She starts to draw in the ash, clearing away bits of ash here and there. "The question, is what all are you capable of creating on such a short notice? And how much will you need for the materials and the labour?"
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden First Socket of the Heavenly Garden says, "Mmm, that is always the important part! What do you have in terms of materials and do you have any more help? I can... do the design quite quickly and have a good idea on what materials can make... and well, can offer some help with the construction itself... do you have thoughts on what you might need and what you can find to help?"
Amethyst "Well, I know some sorceresses that can conjure up elementals, they'll surely help with the task at hand. Tho I'm not sure if they could outright create the materials. I can pull on, hmm, maybe backing from one of those sorceresses to see if I can find a source of raw materials. As of the moment? I have ash and a vague idea who to talk to." Amethyst says, rising to her feet. Her white tunic is now all soot-y. It just makes her look more turbulant.

"It needs to have, at the least, a bedroom, a guest bedroom, a workshop, and a shop proper. I'd also appreciate somewhere that I could meet without being overheard, and maybe later on the possibility of expanding it. I do someday intend for mortals to have a place in helping me run this shop so that I am not tied down to it." It will be a glorious day when she has her own business that is not just her doing the work.

First Socket of the Heavenly Garden First Socket of the Heavenly Garden says, "I can... outright make the materials, but I don't think that's how we want to go about it. For one, I think we're quite far from a place where I could do so. And, well, it is rather dangerous at best." She shakes her head, "Much better to find things nearby and use those sources." She smiles, then looks around, "Mmm, yes, that sounds very managable. I think the workshop may need some more details? That can certainly mean so many sorts of things.""
Amethyst "Well, it will be the place that I do sorcery and alchemy. Preferably larger than my former workshop so that I might be able to do the rituals that require more space." Like summon elementals. "I'll probably want to have it warded against the things that can happen in such a room, but I think I'm capable of such efforts."
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden First Socket of the Heavenly Garden says, "Mmm, well, that does likely require a great deal of space. Depending on how and what you intend with the sorcery you might need a great deal of space, perhaps more than on offer here, but I think we can do some things to give you some room and few things that are likely to catch flame with such efforts!" She grins, "And yes, that will be good. Mmmm, we may want to do some geomantic surveys if that's what you're planning, but I'm not sure how much that would affect the final design here anyway""
Amethyst "Unfortunately, I don't know much about geomancy. I've /heard/ of it, but I've never tried it myself, and I'm not sure I know anyone who can do it." Amethyst says. "As for materials, maybe I can come up with some sort of alchemy to turn dirt into stone. I'll just need a lot of whatever reagent I'd use. And I'm sure the elementals could get the needed dirt for it such a thing. So that elementals for the labour, alchemy for the materials, and a Heavenly Socket for the plan."
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden Socket nods, "That's fine. I'm sure you know someone who knows a bit about it." She nods, then laughs, "To turn dirt into stone, huh? I'm not sure I've seen that one done before, but that's alright. We can certainly find plenty of stone, particularly with... the right elementals. Yes, let's do that." She smiles, "I can certainly get that plan together. Honestly, I've mostly got it, but some time to look around and to put things together so that others can follow the plan will be all I need."
Amethyst "It'll be a fun experiment that might not work at all. But theoretically, it's just adding some binder and something to harden it. And now that, well," Amethyst grins. "I haven't seen you since it happened, did I?" Amethyst was most certainly /not/ a Dragon-Blooded the last time they met. She was more an alchemist-sorceress. "I can do everything just a bit better than I could before."
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden First Socket of the Heavenly Garden says, "Hmmm, that'll certainly get you something. We should probably... test that a few times first, um, it'll be rather important to find out the strength and what might happen to that, before we go wild with using it as a building material." She pauses, "No... you really haven't told me about what happened, I'd certainly love to hear about it.""
Amethyst "Um," Amethyst is left just a little flabberghasted. She knows her and Socket only briefly met a few times, but the fact that she wasn't Exalted before certainly would've been of note, Amethyst would've thought. Certainly the fact that she is /now/, and Socket's response leaves her just a little surprised after she's used to folks just recognizing her as Dragon. "So." She holds up a finger, and in a flash of violet-blue a glob of water appears, and she twirls it around her hand. "I have changed, one might say." Middle forward ears are curious of whether or not Socket will understand what she's trying to communicate.
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden First Socket of the Heavenly Garden says, "Yes, yes, of course. But *how* the fact that you did isn't that exciting." she then looks over at the ball of water, then says, "that is a nice trick. Could probably be quite useful in moving materials to help towards getting things built.""
Amethyst Danger ears go back. "I took my second breath! Danaa'd's blood flows in my veins! I am a Dragon, a Child of Danaa'd!" Amethyst says definitely exasperated and maybe a little loud. She flicks the water at Socket and rubs her own head a little. She mutters something in high realm.
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden "Yes... I... caught that. Usually that's quite the event and not something that just happens. And I thought it usually happens a bit younger to the chosen of Danaa'd. Hmmm." She nods, then says, "That's what I meant about the... how and what happened. The second breath was more... clear."
Amethyst Sad ears go down. "Oh." Amethyst realizes she never shared anything about her past with Socket. "My apologies." She takes a moment and breaths. "So, my father was also a Dragon. I'd always hoped that I would inherit it. But as the years went on, I slowly lost hope. I'd all but made peace with the fact that I would never be an Exalted when, in the wyld of all places, I was pressed in just the right way to coax it out of my blood. I'd never cried before, never broke my composure so fully as when nearly being mutalated by the mutating force."
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden First Socket of the Heavenly Garden says, "Ah... yes, that follows with your taking such a breath. Hmmm. Well... that is.... interesting. Never? Now... that is all the much stranger." She pauses, "Huh. That certainly sounds like an... interesting moment for such a thing.""
Amethyst "The Dragons always gave me strength, but it's been hard ever since I've struck out on my own like I have. Started with only what I could scavange, and an abandoned building that was once my father's. And I grew it into my own little shop." She breaths, tired ears hang loosely. "And now in a moment it's all burned down. But I saved most of my reagents, and I can build it again. I'll work on figuring out the materials. I figure we meet back here in, maybe a week? And begin building."
First Socket of the Heavenly Garden "Well, I'm sure we can work on getting you a new shop. Yes, that sounds good. I'll have plans done well before then, but it'll be great, I'm sure!" Socket nods, "Yes... it's always... hard. I've been striking out far across the world to try to... help my home."
Amethyst "And I'm sure, in good time, we'll be able to help your home." Amethyst grins. And the little alchemist takes a breath and looks towards the sky. Relieved ears go up, and she feels like maybe she can relax, just for a moment, realizing that just maybe everything is going to turn out all right.
