Amethyst Bright walls outside, made not from wood, but from solid stone. Various engravings are etched into the walls. A few are just small dedications to the elementals who built this place, but many are alchemical principals. And directly above the door, is the very foundation, "As above, so below" Of course there's still an open sign, but a little better made this time around. Inside, it is a darker color, with various lines and sigils drawn around, structure for future workings. On the walls are flameless lights and there's rugs of various patterns in the floors.

There's a foyer decorated with sigils and signs common to Great Forks, the shop floor with its many tables, cabinets, and displays, the larger workshop filled with space for sorcery reagents (and it is surprisingly sparse at the moment), the smaller workshop for the alchemies not done in the shop, an upstairs with a few different bedrooms as well as a master bedroom, and a spot where... it's not exactly certain where the door should go but it's covered in runes and there's nothing behind it.

And Amethyst is just going about her business doing what she does, getting into the swing of making orders for patrons. One of which is a particularly large batch of strange soaps for a bath house. So the air is filled with all manners of fragrances.

Rishi A rather sleek looking raccoon plops down off the roof just as a customer leaves and rolls into the shop just before the door closes. After a couple of sniffs and a look around to make sure that the shop is empty, the raccoon walks behind a display case and Rishi comes out the other side in her full gargoyle glory ."Ah...Ammy! This place that you now have is most wonderous! You have done well with it!"
Amethyst The door chimes when the other customer leaves. The alchemist bows. "Welcome. I've been so busy getting everything setup again. But at last it's all here and my cash flow is back and growing. Soon I'll be able to hire on staff to work it in my absence. And then devote myself to more exotic orders and to my various adventures more fully." Amethyst stretches, and drops a tiny rock of something into a mixture and it puffs a nice blue bit of smoke as the scent of blueberries fills the air. She breaths in and smiles.

And then the door chimes again.

Rishi When the door chimes again, Rishi's form blurrs for a second and then all you see is a very beautiful woman standing there in a leather half cloak and very tight silken leggings. She looks to see who this new arrival is.
Amethyst The lady who enters is dressed in garb typical to this city. An older woman. "E-excuse me. This is the alchemist's shop, yes?"

And Amethyst nods, places down her reagents and goes to greet the lady. She then looks towards Rishi, "It'll just be a moment." And thus she turns her attention to what the lady came for.

Rishi $t Rishi smiles, and says "Of course, of course!" and starts browsing, though she keeps her ears open, just in case the customer wants something ...unusual. She clutches her satchel carefully, feeling for the jar just to make sure it didn't break, and, reassuring herself that it's fine, she goes back to checking to see if there's anything Ammy seems to need, as far as reagents go.
Amethyst There's various sorts of things on the shelves. From deodarants to soaps to various other sorts of reagents to oils and glues. But then there's a book to the side denoting many of the different brews and potions and trinctures that Amethyst can create, along with various prices.

As for the lady, she just wanted to buy some deal of detergent and flower preservatives. And Amethyst just goes to the cabinet, produces the glue and reagents to make the specific detergent, and sends the lady on her way. And Amethyst follows her and switches her open sign to closed.

"So. As you can see, business has picked up quite a bit."

Rishi Rishi smiles and comes back over, the illusion melting away displaying her true self once more. "I am most happy for you. It is always good that your shop should be doing well." She plucks at her bag's strap for a moment, seemlingly a little nervous, before asking "Are you needing more of the venom? Or any of the other reagents I can produce for you?" It seems like she might be building up to asking you for a favor...
Amethyst "If you'd come with me." Amethyst says, motioning Rishi to follow her as she goes to one of the doors leading away from the shop, into the smaller workshop. And in there, in addition to a table that can withstand her anima, is one of her silver canisters opened, with various kinds of dusts around it. Clearly this is part of her process of creating them. "More of that venom would be lovely. I need to turn it to dust, and by combining it with the usual reagents, I ought to be able to poison my whip using it. Imagine using their own poison against the." The Dragon grins.
Rishi Rishi's grin turns feral as well. "That is quite appropriate I feel. I shall be changing into a snake shortly and giving you some then. But first... I would like to be asking you a favor." She reaches into her satchel and pulls out a fist sized ceramic jar, completely covered and sealed in wax. "I would like for you to keep this here. It is a very special potion I made, to try to distill down what I am doing to it's essence. I spent weeks working on it and it should cause the drinker to gain their ideal body. I spent an extra week checking to make sure that there were no contaminants, essence eddies, wyld infections, and so on. It should be perfect."
Rishi looks seriously at Ammy. "I wish for you to keep it here and give it to someone who needs it, should you not be able to gain my attention and the person seems ...in a bad place. Do not charge them money for it."
Amethyst Amethyst looks at her friend, and takes the potion. She looks it over, squinting with her alchemical knowledge to try to suss out what exactly the Lunar could've done to create such a brew. "...It reminds me of the transformation paste my mother made. A tiny bit on the tongue is enough to allow one to swim as one of the fish until you return to shore. It's, how she transformed me all those years ago." And Amethyst takes it and opens up a decorated cabinet that even has a lock on it. Among the things inside are the rest of the reagents for the poison, and the antidote. There's not many other substances in there, but one must imagine that each has a story. And Amethyst places this into it. Clearly, she respects it.

"I was never able to replicate it myself. And here you are just offering me this stuff that will give one their ideal body." And she turns back to Rishi. Her expression is one of bewilderment. She is geninuely confused and amazed and interested and this brings a whole host of emotions back to her.

Rishi Rishi smiles at Ammy and says, "For you, my love, I should prefer to give you your ideal form with my own hands and blood. All you need do is ask." She tilts her head, considering. "Though we should wait, as I think Frosty should like to have the input."
She nods at the jar. "That I was able to make because of my blessing. It is mostly being my blood, with the other herbs and reagents and essence there to make it stable and to be staying fluid and to help the drinker to be controlling everything. And the berry juice for the flavor." she smirks "It would be much more difficult for one without my gifts. But is that not what you have found?" She gestures at the container of firedust. "I should not be having much of the idea how to be making that, but here you are having the bags of it."
Amethyst There's even two distinct /kinds/ of firedust she keeps: The sort for Firewands and the finer stuff she uses for alchemy.

"...Most of these are recipes I've learned from books." The bookshelf in the corner protected with some manner of reinforced glass. "The rest came about from years of improvising. And this." Amethyst grabs a little silver canister, mixes pinches of the various dusts together, and then placing her hand onto the mixture, she adds water and causes the mixture to begin to flow and shift colors. And swiftly, she captures it with the canister, and seals it by gently dragging her finger around the edge. But for a moment, that looked almost exactly like gossamer.

"Is arguably the most impressive thing I can make with my alchemy. But to be frustrated by a single problem, and one that is near and dear to your heart, and then to have someone else just /show up/ with something similar..." It leads to complicated feelings. The reason she needs to complete her skin working becomes just slightly clearer. "Love or not, it's just slightly unnerving." And just one more thing Lunars can do over her.

Rishi Rishi looks a bit abashed. "...That is one of the burdens of my blessing. It is not just the Monks of the Pure Way that convince people that we are ...creepy. We have the powers that ...can change things. Things that people think are most solid. And we quickly become used to such changes." She opens her wings and shrugs with two pairs of shoulders, one set of hands on her hips and the other spread wide. "I am so used to this functional beauty that there is nothing about it that is even slightly ...creepy. But I am....very aware....of how other people are seeing me." She looks down and then sighs. "...Maybe that is why I am having such successes with the summoning of the demons. I can relate to them in some of the ways."
Amethyst Amethyst sighs a little, unwraps her hands, and undoes her boots. "People are scared of us. And not just because of the monks. To most mortals, it's a mark of the wyld's touch. Or you're a fae. Either one is terrifying as the wyld has just as much power to rip your soul to shreds as one of the fae does. I can't even blame people for being upset with our forms. I like to think I look like a spirit, and I think that's how most folks treat me here. I worked hard to ensure my mutations didn't look like they were 'gifted' by the wyld's touch. But I've never really asked."

"It's weird Rishi. I'm stuck between two worlds. On the one hand, the Immaculate Philosphy taught me how to live and how to stride. I have it to thank for guiding me through the wyld. And then I tore it to shreds and have kept but ashes of it. I'm as heretical as the rest of this city. And also I'm torn between my home in the sea, where they will not jugde me for my appearance, and my home above it, where I wrap my hands to hide my fins. I should do a working to hide my gills as well. But I fear I'll never be able part with my ears." Tired ears go down.

Rishi Rishi takes her hands and forces her to look her in the face. Eyes burning, Rishi says "NO. No, you should not do this thing unless you desire it. Nevor compromise the real truth of yourself. Always pursue your true beauty. The thoughts of the rest of the world?" she holds up a hand and blows at it. "Pfui. They do not matter so much as loving the body that you are in. That....That is what I always come back to." She calms back down. "I may make the compromise about many of the things, but never about that."
She sighs. "...But always I must be reminded that others are not being me. That, when you have the blessing of the One who has the Many Faces, it is most easy to pretend to be fitting in, without having to compromise your truth. For the others...it is never being so easy." She sighs ...then leans over and kisses the tip of one of Ammy's ears. "You should never be parting with your most adorable ears."
Amethyst Amethyst blushes and has to try not to wiggle her ears as Rishi kisses them. And Amethyst looks back at Rishi, with the weight of the ocean. "The blessing you have from the ever-shifting one means that you don't have to worry about compromise. I can't transform." And she starts to walk around. "I looked over every note I could. I looked into every book and every cranny, I turned myself over again and again trying to figure out some way to change. And the only way I could find is to integrate animal features into me. Maybe, maybe somehow I could one day just have all of my mutations are removable garments. Or something. I don't know. I just know it actively /hurts/ me when I go to do business and I look like I have fae blood in me. Of course, I could also just try to make myself look like a fae."

"But either way, I can't just 'be me'. My image is more than just the reputation I have, the body I'm in also helps and hurts. My true self wouldn't even be able to walk on land. And it'd take something more of a miracle than me taking my second breath at all to change any of this." The Alchemist just buries herself against Rishi in frustration.

Rishi Rishi pulls her into a hug, all four arms holding her close, wings wrapping around her, enveloping her in that warm, intoxicating embrace. She is simply held there for a timeless time.
....And then Rishi chuckles. "Ah. Is that all you are needing? A Miracle? Well, we are doing those all of the every day. What is one more?" One of her hands uncurls from arnound Ammy and tips her face up, cupping her chin. Rishi looks down into her eyes. "We, the three of us, Amythst, the Fierce Dragon of the Sea, Hoarfrost, the Unicorn Protector of the Land, and Rishi, the Beautiful Queen of the Air...We shall figure out this thing and help you to get what you are needing. Because.... You are being in pain and I am hurting along with you. I vowed that you shall have everything I am to help you. And you shall be gaining that from me."
Amethyst "I guess I'm already getting one miracle. When I complete my working and find a way to use the fae's power over form to change my own using the skins of animals, I'll be a lot more free than I am right now. Maybe someday I can find a way to fully master their mercurial powers. I'll never have the same powers that you do, but I'll be a Silver Dragon if it kills me." Or worse, is left unsaid. There's determination and a little bit of madness in Amethyst's eyes as she says these things.
Rishi "And I shall be making sure it does NOT kill you." Rishi says, half joking. Then she head tilts, considering. "...I am not knowing much about the powers of the Dragon's Blood. You are knowing much of what I can be doing, may I know more of what it is meaning to be a Dragon? This may be helping me to be helping you."
Amethyst "To be a Dragon is to be aligned with the five elemental poles that define creation. All of us are drawn towards one moreso than the others." An ear points west. "But we all have a deep connection to these elements. And it is through conjuring and manipulating them that our powers are derived. When I touched a stone I broke with my bare fist, I was able to just use my essence to manipulate it. And when I strike, the fury of flames is in my veins guiding me. And I can bring forth a tsunami of power down upon someone. Or I can hear the secrets whispered in the air while I shape my sorcery."

"If there was some way to allow me to make the mutations elemental, it'd likely work with my essence quite readily." The alchemist explains

Rishi Rishi hrms. "...Part of you is descended from the Fae, yes? Do they not form their bodies from the elements, giving them all the things that I may do? Maybe they should be the ones to instruct you upon how to bring these features more into harmony with your blessing. Though..." And she speaks a few complex words in old realm as her hands grow and gnarl into large wooden claws "...I do know a few of the things about the Wood. Mayhaps we can be coming together upon that?"
Amethyst "Many fae do take on elemental forms. Those who are clever enough even trick Creation into believing them to be elementals. And this is just one more reason for me to go to Elderloch. As far as wood?" Amethyst tilts her ears, "I'm not actually sure what I'd shape from wood. Maybe poison of some sort? Or like, skin as hard as bark? That I particularly want to be a tree, but it might help in a fight."
Rishi Rishi lets the spell go and her long elegant fingers reform. "Well, the forest is what I am being most familiar with, but the principles of the Claws of the Wood Dragon... if you can be helping me to understand the other elements, maybe the principles can be helping you with what you are doing? The turning of the flesh into the elements, shaping them as you will?"
Amethyst "Now that sounds like alchemy. But first I have to finish this project of mine. And for that, I need to save my father, and then we need to go to Elderloch." Amethyst says. "I just don't have time right now to take up yet another project like that."
Rishi Rishi smiles. "Well, it is a good thing you are not being the only Sorcerer Alchemist in this room then, yes? But ...I think I shall be needing access to your library and to pick over your brain from the time to time. Because...I have the intuition for the body. I know how the muscles are moving, how the blood is flowing...I am not so good with the way the water is flowing or the fire is moving." She points at Ammy. "This is a thing that you are having."
"But....yes, you are being right. This cult is needing to be dealt with. Shall I be turning into a snake now to give you the venom?"
Amethyst "Yes. That would be excellent. Then I can powderize it and seal it into the canister as I would any reagent." The Alchemist says. She fetches a vial, and starts putting equipment on the table to begin the work. "They won't know what hit them."
