Aine There's a small crowd gathered on a minor side street. At the center, a boisterous, braggart of a man works up the crowd for a showmatch- while a self assured, slightly skeptical foreigner with a somewhat cocky smirk stands nearby.

As the match begins, the two assume very different stances, the man's fingers curled into claws, leaning foward aggressively. The scarlet-haired woman instead shifts largely to her back foot, hands up defensively.

The suggestions of their stances hold true, and he goes on the offensive, each claw strike blocked soundly by the iron-armed woman. After a few exchanges, she draws his hand past her, shifting around him to lock his arm painfully.

Despite her warnings, he tries to reverse the hold- and a sickening crack reports out. She utters a curse in some obscure northeastern dialect, and calls for the crowd to clear.

Rishi One of the people watching is a beautiful southern woman snacking on honeyed strawberries. Over the course of the short fight she looks impressed and follows along with interest.
When she hears the crack, she winces, then rushes forwards, her leather cloak and long black hair streaming behind her.

"Excuse please. I am Rishi and I am a healer. May I see to him?"
Seeker The sickening sound of ripping bone, and maybe a little muscle, ripped Seeker from his book. The crowd had been a drone of cheers for a spectacle. Sounds like the spectacle may have gone wrong.

Stopping to secure his book, Seeker also scrounges around for possible thing to help. Pulling out a few long brushes and looking them over, he shakes his head and pushes them back. They wouldn't do for a split. But maybe if he bundled them... oh ya! He should probably look at the person first. He moves through the crowd and finally breaks out to see the man holding his arm. "Ah!" Seeker squeaks with excitement. "Oh?" he quickly interjects as someone is already helping the man. Seeker being new to experimenting on people thinks he may learn a few things. Walking up he offer his services: "May I be of assistance? I'm Seeker, a sage of sorts."

Aine Aine stands up and steps back, hands going up with a shrug. "Aye, please? I may not be the best at this- he was supposed to accept if I won. Done it before. Crowd worked him up I guess."
Rishi Rish nods then goes to work, her keen senses taking in the man's injured arm, her fingers running along it looking for the exact point of the break, her nose sniffing for additional tearing or signs of infection, her ears picking up on the sounds his arm makes as she moves it. Under her expert care, it definitely feels like a break.
She smiles a little too widely, talking in a too friendly tone that causes everyone to doubt the next thing she says "Do not worry, it is only a bad sprain. One moment and please bite down on this." She pulls a stick from her bag and places it between the guy's teeth. "I will pull everything back into place in a moment."

She runs her hands along the man's arm one last time, but now she infuses it with her own mutable essence, momentarily granting him a brief shadow of the gift Luna gave to her, and she silently encourages his arm to transform back into wholeness....before she gives it a sharp jerk to pull everything back into place.

"That should see to him. But she should rest and not use the arm for the rest of the day."
Seeker As the woman conducts her examination and comes to her diagnosis, Seeker has been leaning in. Closer with each step. As such, when she states her prognosis for the diagnosis he did not come to her was a bit surprised.

He ran it back through his head. The sound, the way it moved during examination, where she focused her attentions.

While he was rethinking, the woman had now 'fixed' the 'sprain' and all was well. Either this woman knows some interesting medical knowledge that Seeker has yet to get to yet or she is a bit more than meets the eye.

He stays silent for now. Don't want to call out another professional in front of others.

Aine "That did not sound like a sprain to me," Aine says with some skepticism- but a shrug. She shoos off some other interloper or another fairly effectually- she's an intimidating presence given her size and simple fighting gi.

The man has gone silent now- settled, after the examination, but staring at and rubbing his arm in some amoint of wonderment.

"So what are the odds two medical folk happen to be in my crowd?" she questions, smirking and chuckling. Not that she's complaining- or implying anything. There's a distinct impression that subtlety is hardly a word in this woman's vocabulary.

Rishi Rishi stands and smiles. "I was passing by and decided to watch the fight. I am glad I did." She glances at the other medic. "I do not know why Seeker decided to stop. I would not have expected a fight steal his attention from his book." She sounds rather teasing at the end there.
Seeker "Well, I don't know if I'd call myself that capable." He glances as the healing woman quickly. "Though, this is along my normal paths. I do enjoy the shows some times. I was a bit wrapped up in a new book."

He pauses for a bit wondering if he should go into details on the book. It has many interesting queries to explore, but here probably isn't the place. Seeker also isn't sure if these are the people who would be interested.

Continuing though, "The sound of the injury caught my attention. I'm glad it's not as serious as it sounded." His last statement has him looking at the healer again.

Focusing back on the fighter, "Where does your troop hail from? There are many temples in and around Great Forks."

Seeker As if struck by something, Seeker straightens. "I do apologize. A prior engagement has slipped my mind." As he speaks, his hands reach into pockets producing paper and pin. Without looking down, the pin dances quickly across both papers. A beautiful calligraphy is left behind with flourish to spare. He hands them to the two women.

"I would love to speak with you both, though it doesn't have to be at the same time." He gives a smile and slight head bow and departs.

Aine A pause from Aine, and she shrugs it off.

"Well, ought to be glad for it all the same. I did not much like the idea of carrying him back myself. I am hardly a weak person but it can be annoying. Not that he will be speaking to me for a few weeks."

She hefts a pair of nunchaku from a nearby pack, twirling the weapon around a finger as she speaks. "The Seven Peach Tree school--" And then she cuts off as Seeker excuses himself.

Rishi Rishi gives the man a smile at his abrupt departure. "Very odd person." She turns back to the red haired woman. "I would hear more of your school, if you don't mind? And I should return with you, perhaps, to check on your companion."
Aine Continuing to twirl the weapon absently, Aine nods slowly. "Well. I haven't been there long. It was founded to end a tumultous set of rivalries between its seven founders. Make themselves coexist. Now it works with surrounding farms to provide labor and such, and teaches many students different styles." She quirks an eyebrow upwards. "Am I taking it you wish to consider learning, even after all that?"
Rishi Rishi pauses, tilting her head to the side again as she considers. "I am a healer. I do not especially ...enjoy causing pain. And I prefer not to stay in the city overlong. But...it is dangerous, the world. And I travel. I see things." She gives a small smile. "I am hardly defenseless, but more knowledge of fighting would not be useless."
Aine "Well, I can't say I'm quite as averse- even when people don't break themselves against them those joint locks aren't pleasant," says Aine with a slight chuckle.

"All too true though, much to be worried about. I am Aine, by the way."

Rishi Rishi bows slightly in recognition and says "As I said, I am Rishi. If you can teach me things quickly, or...hmm...." She head-tilts again, looking you over. "How do you feel about those who have been ...changed by the wyld or strange magic?"
Aine A pause from Aine at that- for a couple of reasons. "Well. I am not the master to be teaching, but speed of learning is mostly about the learner. As for magics... Do not know. Never was much part of my life. My homeland we dealt with headhunters moreso."
Rishi Rishi nods, then looks at you consideringly again. "You said you provided defenders for farmers, yes? Well, come to the clearing outside the north east side of the city, the one with the large rock in the middle that looks like the head of the dog. Come this afternoon. If you do not run away screaming, we will discuss what you shall teach me and why I shall do for your school."
	 "We have the bargain, yes?"
Aine "I'm sure I can figure out where that is," says Aine, head shaking a little. Quite new to the area indeed. "Have my curiousity, now. I will drop Ardent here off back at the temple and see about making my way."
Rishi Rishi bows again. "I shall meet you there."
