Fudou the Mountain The ruins of an ancient tomb. Not unreasonably far from Great Forks but far enough away that things count more as 'the wilds' then say the city outskirts. Some seasons ago, a group of enterprising Exalts came across this place at the behest of one of their own to investigate strange happenings and rumor and whisper of foul on goings. They found ghosts. They found the dead. They found restless spirits and they cleansed the place as best they could. Circumstances have left it largely untended since then but today one has returned in search of a project of his own.

Fudou strides forward through clustered foilage and past broken columns, fallen pillars and upheaved stonework into a large courtyard strewn with even larger pillars and the broken sundered remains of what may have once been artful and beautiful to look upon. The colossal man rests his hands at upon his hips as his nostrils flare and he takes the ruins with sharp eyes behind the round glasses on the rim of his broad nose. He studies, ponderously, massive chest expanding with steady breathing and muscles and sinew coiling up and bunching up like the movement of beasts of burden beneath his rough flesh. 5r"Very well..let's see.." he finally says aloud to no one in particular..and then he approaches the largest of the columns. As he does so..his body begins to change. The sigil of the full moon burns to life on his brow as his body piles on sinew and bone. Muscle, size, and brutish strength piling itself onto him without seeming end in sight as he grows and grows, hulking up brutishly bigger with gigantic horns sprouting out of his expanding street wide back. A Yeddim's tail popping into view and his visage becoming more oxen like as his bestial warform, dedicated to naught but crushing all before it, unfurls into being.

Tiziri Circling the ruins? A Falcon. Nothing too innocuous about that. It's a predator found in the area. something no one would find unusual. Even over the ruins - after all, such places are often full of things a bird of prey just might want to eat! As such, it circles. But this one? There's something about it. This one has noticed something. And soon enough it is stooping downwards despite no obvious prey in sight. Falcons hunt aerial prey... It catches itself though, catches and then is in place above a pillar before it lands on it and looks down at the sight opposite of it. At the Yeddim doing this strange thing.
Fudou the Mountain Warform clad, fully revealed as one of Luna's champions, tattoos a-glow and eyes molten silver.. the behemoth that is The Mountain, reaches forward and clamps down upon the fallen pillar with monstrous arms that compare favorably to the girth of guild wagon wheels. His body braces, a flex of seismic proportions rippling from his legs into his torso and down into the arms which seem to surge in size larger and larger. The earth trembles and cracks begin to sunder through the area, further disturbing the emptied tomb.

A loud CRACK rips through the ara as the stone sunders and the pillar creaks and then finaly is ripped loose from the ground and hauled upwards with a showard of stone and a roar of the ground in this impossible spectacle of strength and raw power. Furthermore - size alone should not be enough here nor strength for the pillar is -so- large that it should be breaking apart or only a small portion lifted up by the giant lunar but up the whole thing goes. A sequioa of stone hauled up like some epic caber.

"Hah!" roars the goliath, "Ah yes..!"

Tiziri That strange little falcon with a slightly unusual mottled pattern for the area leaps and glides down to another much lower pillar and perches there, her head tilting to the side quizzically for a moment. But then it seems to shift as well, growing, morphing, until on that six foot high pillar is a young woman with a spear in hand and head tilted in much the same way. The feathers in her hair? Identical to the mottled pattern on the falcon. Her perch looking weirdly wary but also curious. Still quiet though.
Fudou the Mountain It's an epic work out, that's for sure. The weight being balanced and hauled upwards must be mind numbing and yet the goliath wields it with confidence, bring the pillar up and then back down again and then straddling it across his massive shoulders, practically filling the courtyard up with its dimensions though at a safe distance from the pillar his observer is currently perched on.

He brings it around in a full rotation to swing up into his gigantic arms once more and then with a final heave he shoves and hefts it uwpards and away from him. The herculean feat sending the support pillar spiraling upwards and upwards until it finally crashes thunderously into the remains of the main building, crushing into it violently and breaking in twain. One portion goes rolling off to crash into another pile of rubble in a rising plume of dust and the other tips over and rolls with a loud roar of chaotic noise into the tree line on the other side of the building all together.

"Huh! Well then.. that's a start.." muses The Mountain, tattoos a-glow and a slight rim of silver light around his form as folds his oversized arms and then reaches up to scratch his bearded jaw as he peers at his handiwork.

Tiziri The birdlike girl on the additional pillar continues to study Fudou there. Even there she's showing some real similarities to that falcon she was so recently. The way her head tilts to the side, even her pose and how her spear is held seems to give that vibe. Her build itself is birdlike, probably hard to have noticed before, but if it was noticed how she shifted it makes sense. She's slender, delicate looking, graceful. In many ways a polar opposite of Fudou.

"Many in the Pact would like you." Comes the voice from the girl. Her own form still human, but she's channeled essence to show her tattoos - elaborate spirals from her cheeks down her neck, and visible on her hands and other visible flesh. "I imagine those in the Caul would especially, even if I've never met or been there. Just heard the stories."

Fudou the Mountain "You are probably correct!" responds the giant, his back still to the other lunar with his physique seeming to swell and relax in time with his breathing. He finally turns slightly, looking over the expanse of his mountain range like shoulders to peer towards his visitor.

"But, I've not been to the Caul either, luv..though I have been as far south east as The Dreaming Sea and further directly east but not so far as to reach the lands of the Queen of Fangs.."

He turns completely now, spinning his gigantic body about like some sort of first age construct. "As to the rest of hte pact? Oooh..I suppose I am good at parties!"

Tiziri "I've seen a few meets." Ardent Vagabond says, still perching there, her spear a sort of yoke on her shoulders she holds with her hands. "I'm from the Dreaming Sea area, and have been in the desert many places." A pause then before she says, "And then I made my way to Raksi. Almost singlemindedly. She's the one to teach Sorcery. THE one." She explains. "And yeah, there I was at a few meetups. So I've met a few. It's interesting. I like parties too, even if I won't say I'm good at them."
Fudou the Mountain "You have something up on me then, luv. I've heard of her but not met her.. I imagine that there are things she taught you that'd make my little exercise here seem rather boring no?" He curls a massive arm up, flexing a bicep that bulks up ins ize like a boulder under his flesh but he then relaxes that arm and gestures towards his companion, "Not that I am wholly unfamiliar with sorcery. There are some of note in the city. In fact..." His eyes flicker over her spear and then back to her once again, "..I think you know this."
Tiziri "Aye." Tiziri says while still continuing to perch there. She looks all too comfortable like that. It's in such a way to be obvious she might not even be aware how feral she might seem right now. How it doesn't look quite typical of a human. "Honestly. It was... weird there. Savage. Feral. Brutal." That last one especially said darkly. "I'm soft. Compared to there. The Queen knew this. But she liked me, I was lucky. But yes, if you ever want a place to go and be safe, to be yourself and seen as a king. It is there. You would be a champion. Just know you might have to eat babies." A shiver, and it's hard to say if she's joking.

"But I learned a lot more than savagery. I learned more of our past." She says then. "And that's the problem. I met our past. A past that purged our mates. A past fading I can't recognize but know happened. It flickers. they know, I am at risk. So are a pair of the Sun's chosen."

Fudou the Mountain The affable giant pauses abit, listening carefully and studying his companion a touch more closely now. Something seems..wrong..to him but he is unsure on how to pin point it. How to address it. He is sure of her identity and this seems..different from their past encounters, that much is a sure thing.

"...I know something of our past. It's why I decided to stay here, watch the Sun Chosen I had met. See for myself what they would bring to the world.. I am..undecided on much but have remained drawn to them.. Have seen much alongside them.."

He quiets again and then draws closer now, resting both of his hands against his waist as he leans in. "..Why are you at risk? What did you see? Wo did you talk to?"

Tiziri "I can't remember, and that's the problem." Tiziri says firmly. Eyes extra wide. "A fading image. That can only mean one thing and I'll forget that soon too." She clenches her teeth. "There's just something. Something I cna't place!" She takes a deep breath. "We must be wary."

"I can't wait to see the Sun shining either." she admits. "Even as I am sad. Their sorcery will surpass mine. Surpass Raksi. But that's what's amazing, it will bring a new age too." A wistful sort of sadness. Then she sways a bit on the pillar. "Maybe those we once bonded too, if they were, too."

Fudou the Mountain "Hmm.."

The giant Lunar dusts his hands off and considers Vagabond before rumbling, "..You speak of possibilities, luv..and this is ..a good thing. To be hopeful. I like to look at what is and what we have before us. The ones here in Great Forks are passionate but bound too much in their personal goals and endeavours. They want to do good but I don't think they have the stomach for what it'll take to -really- change the world.. and for those that really want to..they dream of impossible tasks they lack the strength or fortitude to see through. That is difficult material to work with..don't you think?"

Tiziri "They are new." Tiziri says, seemingly in agreement. "I might be too. But I had a teacher who knew the Glories of old." Ardent Vagabond says. "I've seen books and ruins of the past." She seems wistful. "I've heard stories of what once was. and what hurt." She agrees. "You may be right. They may be unready. Too trusting. But paragons despite. Yet we are jaded and something else entirely. But must guide them too, somehow." She sighs, shivering. "I know I am ready, when the time comes, to do what I must. I have fought Hunts already. I will again. Even if I hate what it means. I do it."
Fudou the Mountain "Not so jaded. We're no old bitter shahan-ya clinging to the past or old forgotten days. It's time for something new but..we should also just be mindful of what we deal with, lest we get burned no? Stewards we are, yes?" remarks Fudou, folding his massive limbs and leaning bavck against a still standing pillar. The massive lunar allows a slight grin, despite the subject matter. "..It is unavoidable..that we will have to face The Hunt and more then that. The world won't just bow and change because we ask politely. There are others as well. Other of the sun chosen. Other lunars. Until we are all on the same page it will always be difficult so we will have to do what we can one piece at a time.."

He considers her for a moment and then asks curiously, "This..nagging feeling you have. This one you think you spoke with but aren't sure. Do you think a wyld hunt is imminent now? Is that the danger bothering you?"

Tiziri "Maybe." Tiziri says. "I just know something that shouldn't suddenly knows I am. That others are." She explains. "I was sparring with a person named Misa. And... well, now I know she's more than she appeared. Another was there and revealed himself too, a horseman. I don't know him, just he was like her. So glorious! G leaming!" She sighs softly. "But there was something, something I'm struggling to remember and my every fiber says was... I don't know!"
Fudou the Mountain "Hmm.." Fudou considers the connundrum and then finally shrugs, rolling his massive shoulders once again and resting one hand against the ruined pillar to lean upon it slightly.

"Some sort of strange sorcery laid upon you? Maybe.. There's nothing to do about it now. It's enough to know that there is something..wrong.. To be sure..there be dangers about this city. Jealous gods, spirits.. a demon cult and a portal to hell itself that we never did full investigate. I won't say 'don't worry about it' but I will say to not let it pressure you overly much. I think stranger things will happen yet."

He makes a few dismissive gestures, as if trying to wave it away like an errant vapor or puff of smoke, "..A Hunt is not likely to bother us in Great Forks and outside of it? Well that's our lot, no? If nothing else we know the risks better then our sun swaddled peers. Don't let your heart be troubled. If you remember, share your concerns with Rishi as well and we will all keep oiur eyes open."

Tiziri "If I can't remember but know?" Tiziri says. "I have suspicions. I don't know who. I just know what. Raksi told me to beware the Maidens' Chosen. It could be that too. Or any of what you said. It's all bad." She shivers. "But yes, as you say. the town is safer, the Sovereigns would stop even Them. Anyone. As long as we don't start the trouble at least." She takes a deep breath, "Either way, be careful. Things could be at a head. Maybe not, I could be wrong."
Fudou the Mountain Sometimes it's enough to simply 'know'.." remarks the giant.

There's a pause and then: "Don't worry so much." Fudou grins now, offering her a big grin, "..Perhaps I've seen alot but so have you. A wonderful but terrible kingdom of sorcery. A war in the wyld on the floor of the Dreaming Sea. Do you think we should be so shaken over these things? They are sun chosen but we're Lunars and have fought the Realm for far longer then others. Be cautious but be bold and be strong and fearless and if we are attacked we will show them who we are."

Spoken like a Full Moon, perhaps. Maybe easy enough to say when you can rip pillars the size of buildings asunder..but Fudou seems sincere in his attempt to bolster her.

Tiziri "I just know when my Shahan-ya warns me of somehting that could be dangerous, to trust her." Tiziri says honestly. "I think I should get to the city. Lest the attention come to you. It is best others remain unknown, if they aren't at least." She says, taking a deep breath. "But I will seek out Rishi soon too. I am unnerved, I don't like this. I feel hunted, or like I could be. That is not a good feeling." She grins suddenly and says, "We should be the hunters!"
Fudou the Mountain "That may yet come to pass luv." remarks the giant, crouching down boredly on a large boulder and leaning slightly onto a bent knee. "Be wary but confident, yes? Go and talk to Rishi. There is no harm in that. She will help provide more clarity, I think. At least somewhat. She can be rather confusing and confused at times herself. I suppose that's all part of the fun of it."
