Ignis Gaining access in some official capacity to Antihelios was surprisingly easier then he expected. He could have attempted to sneak in, evading the guards and dealing with more supernatural barriers as they arrived but.. For once Ignis opted to use official channels and some clout. What good is it being the inheritor of a fallen Scavenger Lords business if he just never ever does anything with it? It's sometimes more trouble then its worth but at least right now it afforded him a writ of approval to be able to move past the known entrance of Antihelios to make his way into the cave systems that lead to the site of the mysterious long lost installation.

Usually a team would be required but his intention is to not actually attempt a full dive, so to speak, but to scope out the caverns themselves in search of any clues and knowledge that a person of his particular nature might be able to have a unique perspective on. A nature that is visually evident once he's out of visual range of the entrance and he loosens his cloak to reveal his orichalcum embedded light armor and the large sword at his side shifts slightly to reveal the soft gleam of gold as well.

"Well well.. Looks like we're in business..."

Tiziri Meanwhile, Tiziri is? Someone who manages to be here. Why? Well, there's another question. But she's got her ways. The fact is that the blue haired wisp of a woman is here and crouching on top of a pillar with a spear draped across her shoulders almost like a yoke. Just as Ignis arrives. She's looking down at him, head tilted to the side, her expression one of curiousity and a bit of mischieviousness as well. Her glance falling towards that glint of gold and then she says, "Business?"
Ignis The womans voice draws a surprised glance from Ignis who turns in her direction and blinks a few times as he squints up at her. He inclines his head thoughtfully and then glances away to look over the depths of darkness that engulf the further depths of the cave system.

"Apparently business that I'm sloppy at. I didn't notice you there.. I see it's been awhile since I've been out in the field. I've rather forgotten how to keep an eye out for things.."

That said, he steps towards the pillar..approaching her perch thoughtfully and looking it over with some scrutiny to his gaze before looking once more up towards Tiziri, "They didn't mention that another singular explorer had come in ahead of me. COmfortable up there?" His gaze moves across the spear as he speaks but he ends up redirecting his eyes to her face.

Tiziri All things considered, Tiziri seems like just some weird person in the ruins. Her spear is worn, and of a design more common to the south-east parts of the world. Her accent and features mirror that - should such be known at least. "Many come to this place. Some more legitimate than others, usually. Others take our own path even if it might be legitimate. But all of that really doesn't matter, what matters is yes, I am here." She says, seeming quite comfortable indeed. "And aye, it's a good place to watch. To see what else might come down here. High enough it won't be easily noticed."
Ignis "All of the above quite true.." notes Ignis as he reaches out and taps onto the pillar with the pommel of his sword.. producing a strange clunking sound as he studies the chosen perch with some thought. "..I certainly didn't notice."

He circles the column for a few steps and then notes, "Most are required to come down in teams or with an escort of some sort is all. I thought I'd accomplished something by getting past the guards without the need for that but I see, as usual, someone's beaten me to the punch.."

He smirks though, not bothered it would seem, but instead intrigued, "Though, I have to say, this is rather place to come if you're just here to people watch.."

Tiziri Tiziri giggles softly. "Probably not. But curiosity is my weakness. I can't lie. There's also the fact I heard some noise." She shrugs sort of dismissively up there. "As for getting in here? I find it pretty easy. But that's more or less the point. Suffice it to say, I'm impressed you managed it. I have my ways, others less so. Then again..." She lets that linger a bit as she once more looks towards that gold. "You're not wrong there's potential danger here, however. These sorts of ruins are especially dangerous. Traps, some obvious and some not so much. All deadly. Others who might be searching and not up for easy competition... don't fret, I'm not one of those."
Ignis "In part, the danger is why I'm inevtigating and I intend to actually attempt an audience with The Three concerning this. I have some thoughts about this sort of thing and..I believe even the most well intentioned Scavenger Lords may end up doing more harm then good here.."

Ignis falls silent, having noted the direction of her gaze towards gold upon him and he allows a wry smile before finally shrugging.

"You can say I have some..thought that I may have some claim or at connection to what may lie beneath. Best to check to be sure though. As to the peril? Yes it is quite real..and the possiblities legion."

Tiziri Tiziri's head tilts to the otherside then. It's still human, but there's an almost avian sort of air to it. But then she says more seriously, "Merely believe? I'd say I know they will. that's what comes from meddling in things they don't understand." She has a somber air to her tone as she says that. "Seeking wealth, power, and not trying to understand." She purses her lips a moment then she adds, "But a claim? Well, that's interesting too. A connection. That as well. Some philosophies would go so far as to say our past lives call to us, tell us. Fortunately, here in this area, the Immaculates won't be able to overtly kill us out right just for saying that. But it's definitely still a fringe."
Ignis "Straight to the point then." says Ignis, folding his arms now and leaning back to look up towards her abit more carefully.

"And yes..'believe'.. Some may consider me naieve but I like to try and hope for the best and speak to it while being ready for the worst and swift to deal with it. But a true reading of the situation is that you are correct. It's only a matter of time before someone trigger something catastrophic or unleashes something upon the region. There are already rumors of missing teams after all."

Ignis considers things, rubbing at the light stubble on his jaw and then says, "My name is Ignis and I can assure that yes..our past lives do call to us and can create a longing for something that may never be again in the process.."

Tiziri "Greed leads to many things." Tiziri says, leaping down then to the other side so as not to be threatening, landing and then walking around widely, looking over, spear still held relaxedly over her shoulders. "Especially stupidity. I learned that well enough working as a caravan guard. This is nothing but a similar level of stupidity. One that, yes, could kill more." She says, head tilting again she asks. "So I suppose the real question is... what ownership do you feel, and how do you feel able? Because I am certain there are more who have claim here, or at least can make a claim with similar reasoning as you."
Ignis "Similar reasoning?" Ignis arcs an eyebrow, arms remaining folded but his stance and demeanor not threatening or aggressive either. He seems rather relaxed..and also quite sure of himself.

"Well I suppose that depends on what exactly that 'reasoning' is. If it's what I think you're alluding to then I might have some connections to the ones you speak of and ...you may be right, but ..I don't think so. At least in my interactions I"ve not perceived that they seek the dream that I seek."

His voice quiets as he considers this and then he shakes his head, "No..in fact..I"m sure they don't. Either way, there is a distinct possiblity that this..Antihelios may have some connections to something that is directly tied to whispers of the past lives that we just spoke of..and if I find out that this is so then..I will have to act accordingly.."

Tiziri Tiziri nods to that. "Aye. The similar reasoning is the call of the past. After all, almost anyone can claim they had a dream of a past life and there's something here that calls to them." Tiziri notes rather philosophically. "But anyone who can do that is also hard to refute. After all, who else could know?" She shrugs. "Aside from certain... methods that might still be seen as dubious due to ties to sorcery."
Ignis "Anyone can say anything. Words only carry so far. Messages, visions, dreams...can be and often are misunderstood or something can simply be a stepping stone to something greater. Information gained and gleaned which leads to something else down the road and farther away."

Ignis unfolds his arms now, resting a hand on his hip as he inclines his head and carefully considers her, "Necromancy? Something that deals with the calling up of ghosts? Mmm... Perhaps not the wisest course of action considering the ghosts in question."

He then holds up a hand and then points to her, "Before we say more..I've given you my name but you've not given me yours. Who are you, exactly? Certainly not merely a people watcher from ancient perches..."

Tiziri Tiziri actually blushes a bit then, "Sorry!" She says, "I got a bit caught up in the debate." She unslings the spear and holds it on her fist as she places her other hand open palm over the fist as she bows her head. "Tiziri. Ardent Vagabond." She explains. "Caravan Guard, Explorer, endlessly curious, inifinitely glad not to be stuck back home." She says with a grin. "And no, I didn't mean Necromancy! Though I suppose that might be another way to go about it, get the right ghost to talk to you then you'd probably help solve it, it's true." She muses, pursing her lips thoughtfully.
Ignis "Not necessarily a direction I'd want to go into right away but it is a thought that's crossed my mind."

Ignis gives a friendly smile, apparently amused by her previosu reaction, "As to the rest? It's not much of a debate, is it? I agree with you on pretty much all fronts."

He turns away to look further into the cavern depths, "Dangerous artifacts and first age installation, fumbling and tripping mortal Scavenger Lords..potentially destructive results."

He muses on this abit more and then says, "I suppose the only question is one of claim but it's as you say.. anyone can say anything and dreams can mislead. There is no debate on the fact that letting the wrong hands fumble around in here is no doubt unwise. The question is..what to do about it?"

Tiziri "Therein lies the rub." Tiziri says. "Is there something that can be done?" She shrugs at this, pursing her lips again. "Perhaps getting the problem and taking it for ourself first... but then perhaps we are no better than they are." She theorizes. "So is that right? Or perhaps stopping others from going in, trying to save them and others. Yet that is temporary. One can not be everywhere at once. So that's a problem too. What makes us better than anyone else searching?"
Ignis "...Now that -is- a debate.." muses Ignis, rubbing his jaw once again and frowning. He clearly has no answer. No direct path forward.

"There are some that would say that The Chosen have the right by virtue of hteir nature and path. Who is to say otherwise?"

The sound of noises comes and he looks up and says, "Perhaps we can continue this another time. I think other more sanctioned cave explorers are nearby." He nods his head to her and turns to prepare to move on, "I'm sure we'll meet again, Tiziri."
