Rishi The frozen forest screens the mansion from the ground, but it and the clearing in which it sits are quite visible from the air. It's odd design almost makes it look like a flower from the air, white spires rising below the treetops, it's ivory colors blending with the ice and snow. Outside stands a batwinged woman, currently in the middle of digging a large design into the ground. She looks up and waves happily.
Tiziri What might be surprising is the falcon continues to hover around, issuing a loud caw. Yet it is a few moments later that out of the woods that Tiziri walks. Even as another falcon appears in view up above, circling. The young spearwoman with the blue hair has her weapon draped over her shoulders almost like a yoke, seeming alogether casual as the two birds start to fly down and land on each end. She's smiling languidly and says, "Greetings."
Rishi Rishi waves, grinning. "Hello, Tizi! I had the idea for some of the things to be discussing." She headtilts, hair swishing over her back. "Are those being new birds?"
Tiziri Tiziri gets a weird smile, quite impish if anything, and the two end up hopping over towards her hands and as they touch? They disappear. "They're me." She giggles in an uplilting giggle. "Your little ritual with the shadow inspired me. If we can control our shadows independantly. Why can't more than that be such? Admittedly, I don't control them, and if something happens before they come back I won't know what they know. But now I do. It did make finding easier, and seeing more even easier." She grins more widely. "Also more than excellent for reading quickly."
Rishi Rishi's eyes go wide. "Oh how wondrous! I should be most wishing to be hearing more of this technique! Can you just be creating the birds, or...?" Tiz can see the subtle changes in Rishi's body that are common to Lunars enhancing their senses, so she's clearly hoping for another demonstration.
"...It is being likely that the Sorcery discussion I was doing the planning of will be most boring for you, after your discovery of this technique. But, if you are still wishing to be doing the talking of it... Tell me, what spell of the Circle of the Celestial Heavens are you wishing to be knowing the most?"
Tiziri "Oh no. I am many." Tiziri says, pulling at a strand of hair as she says that and dropping it, and as she steps to the side suddenly there are two Tiziris! "Hello. I am Ardent Vagabond, and this is Ardent Vagabond." The other one smiles, "We're Tiziri." And the other, "Until we're not." Both look quite tired at this point, admittedly. Another of those uplilting giggles, as the presumably original one tilts her head in that weirdly avian way she's good at. "Either way, as I mentioned. I am Ardent Vagabond. I travel. And I do like comfort." She looks up at the tower. "A place to wait out the storm, or relax in the worst of desert heat sounds wonderful. The Book mentions this tower, and I recognize it. I'm even close, I feel, but going back to Mahalanka sounds bothersome."
Rishi "Most Wondrous..." Rishi quietly says, inhaling the air around the other woman, and lightly poking the new one. "I will need to be trying this, I am thinking..."
When Tizi looks at the mansion, Rishi's grin returns. "It was the studying of this magic that also allowed me to do the reaching beyond, so I am knowing how you are feeling." She headtilts. "I can be showing you the tree from which I was learning it... but I am not being sure if it will be giving you the same degree of the enlightenment it was giving to me. Instead, I can be showing you the diagrams for the casting, or showing you around the building..." she hrms. "What is your soul doing the speaking of to you? What ways is your will making itself known in this world? It was always being the plants with me, until The One Who is Many opened me to the sky."
Tiziri The dual Tizis follow along. "I would be happy to see all I can. Mishiko has spoken of riddles - of the need to break through the Emerald to find the Sapphire. I've read the formula in the Book of Three Circles - of it and others - how I need to breathe in the new enlightenment. In many ways, I think what I am on the verge of is just needing the right opening of the eye. Perhaps you could direct me to a good place to meditate, and show me..." She gestures to the other her. "...a bit around? Explain the theory a bit more from your perspective."
Rishi "Mmmm. Yes, the traveler, the wanderer... Wanting to be having many of the perspectives on everything." She nods. "It is being possible that you should be doing the speaking to Bright." She headtilts, considering. "Or perhaps not. She might be having too much of the similar perspective. In the case of yours, then, I shall be showing you the diagram that you must be drawing, the words you must be doing the speaking, and the feeling you must be holding to be doing the summoning of this place. Then we shall be going inside, so that you might better be grasping the truth of this place."
Tiziri "There's another reason." Tiziri says, "My Shahan-ya had no need to show me it. we were in her place of power, in a place of even more potential wonder." One of the tiziris says. The other is nodding. "Not that I dislike the hardships of a journey. Yet the companionship could be all the better with a wonderful place. And the potential to see even more all the better still with a place like this. A meal, a warm, soft bed. All the joy of a journey, much less of the hardship." The other Tiziri, the original, is tilting her head again, "Bright? It is a familiar name... though I don't know why." She continues. the other her starting to wander around the perimeter as this one stays here.
Rishi "Oh, have you not had the meeting of Bright Journey? I thought you had. Well, she might also be able to be doing the helping of you. For now, both of you, please be paying of the attention." She motions to the diagram on the ground. "This is being the small version of the diagram you are needing to be drawing. While you are doing that, you must be doing the holding of one hand like this, reciting the Orchid Sutra, and holding in your heart the love of the plant. The Sutra is as follows..." Reciting the Sutra in Old Realm, her accent falls away, making you suspect she probably could speak Riverspeak normally if she wished.
Once the general information of the spell has been imparted and practiced, Rishi leads the way inside. Strange music comes from within the large hall, strewn about with oddly shaped sofas and lounges, low tables bearing bowls of nuts and fruit and wine and water...and at the back of the room a demonic musician, running her fingers across the air, coaxing music from nothing.
Tiziri Both watch the pattern with unblinking eyes, one has her head tilted quizzically almost too far, almost, and definitely has a feral edge to it. As the Tiziris walk in, neither rseems exactly shocked by the musician. In many ways, there's an air of them being wholly unsurprised by it. Instead, it is the food and drinks, the decor, that are attracting attention. "Oh yes." Tiziri says. "This is fantastic." She breathes. "To wander into this when a sandstorm is approaching, or a blizzard begins to blow." She is grinning all too widely. The other one is going to try some of the food and beverages. "Those words are what I recall too. It is just the focus, holding the love. Tracing the pattern. Speaking the Solace. I think things are growing ever more clear." She says. "And to think this is just the entrance!"
Rishi Rishi pushes them both into having a seat on a couple of the couches, before flopping onto one that's perfectly designed for her odd anatomy. "First you must be doing the lounging. It is being a most important part of the spell, knowing how luxurious these seats are being. And yes, that was being why I was wishing to be knowing this spell. I have learned to be ignoring the rain and the cold, how to be eating any of the things that are not rocks...but having this place is being..." she picks up a bowl and pops an apricot in her mouth. "...ahhh, so much the wonderful."
Tiziri One Tizi has a jar of wine and is tilting it back with a stupid grin already. Not drunken, just delighting in the decadence. The other? She has grabbed a bundle of grapes which she is laying back on one of those divans like a queen and holding it above her mouth to eat it, eyes closed. "Oh, I get it. Yes. After this I'll only be spending a night around a camp fire if I want to. Or shifting to a shape to weather a storm if I wish to experience it." She is absolutely happy about it. "I look forward to experiencing the differences of it when I summon. The touches that point to me."
Rishi "I am thinking that mine is wanting to be extra comfortable for anyone, no matter who they are being." she smiles to see them both enjoying the place. "I did have to do the slight bit of the trickery to be keeping this one intact, so that I did not have to keep doing the summoning every one of the days. But the ritual is not being so very much the long." she sighs. "I am wishing that it was coming with the books and the fun games with the boards, but perhaps I am wishing for too of the much. Still, that is why I was bringing those in." She points. There's a couple of shelves against the wall with a few books and some game pieces.
Tiziri "If you are wanting to stay in one place, why not?" Tiziri asks. "This is easily the home you have." She adds. Before the other one stands to go get some almonds. "But if you need to travel, a bit harder to stock it all. Still, I feel there might be other solutions for that. Presuming travel isn't the point to begin with." the original stretches out and takes a deep breath. "There are so many things that are... terrible. That we can do. Yet this? This is purely luxury. I love it."
Rishi At the mention of terrible things, Rishi hrms for a moment. "...Your Shahan-ya, the powerful Witch Queen. Would you tell me of her?" Rishi suddenly looks pensive. "I was Chosen and gifted with the divine mission of helping the others and I have been doing my best to be living up to that. But...from what I am hearing from others like us and from those who are being associated with the Realm..." she looks up, her expression terribly sad. "There is being the large war coming. And...I am knowing that all who are like us are wishing for the Realm to be vanishing, but ...it is being such the waste. All of the death. And...I am supposing I wish to be knowing what she is thinking of the situation. Your Mistress."
Tiziri The likely main Tiziri smiles in wide, feral way. "Oh, she does. She hates them. Despises them. I'm not sure any language I know truly has a word to encapsulate the vitriol she holds for them." Tiziri says. "She knew the glories of before when she was barely older than I was, still new to being chosen. She saw the Usurpation. She saw her friends and lovers murdered by the Betrayal. She has seen still more hunted down and slaughtered since. She has seen more than you and I can imagine. She is the one who invented the very tattoos that hold us in our castes. She continued to see the Shogunate purge us and our former lovers as it ground down the wonders that once existed into this barbaric age. Then the Realm to follow. She has more reason to hate them than you can imagine. They are a cancer on Creation. Treacherous, awful. There are those who are worthy, and they can be what they once were again, worthy champions. Yet as the Realm stands? We are weak. They will continue to hunt, destroy. Continue to let Creation crumble! Had they not done what they did, the Contagion and all its horrors would never have been so bad." Yes. Tiziri seems passionate about this too. "We are Kings and Queens. We will take our place, our realms shall replace it. Creation will grow strong and glorious once again, eventually. And with our Mates and the rest of the Sun's chosen returning as well? Those glories may well match those before. One day."
Rishi Rishi sighs. "Perhaps you are being correct...but all of the deaths and war that are being necessary to be getting to such a place. It is saddening me. I am supposing that it is being good to be knowing where the Queen of Fangs is sitting on the subject. Are you feeling as she does?"
Tiziri Tiziri takes a bite of a grape, letting that question linger in the air for a long time, before she finally says. "Yes. We need to restore the glory. I may not entirely agree on methods, timing, and the likes. But I agree on the end. Perhaps the Sun's Champions will help change things more quickly, make it easier. Or perhaps they will make it uglier. I don't know. But ultimately? Yes. I agree. I've had to fight off too many Wyld Hunts not to see the hatred they hold for us."
Rishi "I am not doing the liking the Hunters of the Wyld either." She looks down. "Before...if anyone was doing the objecting to me, it was being easy. I could just be doing the leaving. The Wandering. I cured illnesses and left. Now? I am helping many more people become themselves, I am having allies and lovers, I am having the place here. If the Hunters are coming, I cannot be doing the running...but I am still not wishing to be doing the fighting, not really." She sighs. "I shall need to be thinking much on this, seeing if I can be finding another way." She stands. "For now, let us be continuing your learning. The stairs are this way. You will be wanting to be seeing the bedrooms and it is having the rooms with the flowing waters..."
Tiziri "That sounds splendid. Some rest is definitely on the agenda. Splitting as I did is extremely exhausting. Especially three times." Tiziri stretches her hands out as she stands. And the other begins to head up too. "Don't worry, only one room needed. I'm not even sure I can maintain the form asleep. Especially not without losing the memories." She adds. "But yes, the rest of the tour!" She is far too curious to miss out on that.
