Tepet Makara	After the meeting between the exalts of Great Forks, Makara wasn't exactly in a great mood after the scolding he got from the others when it comes to the plans on meeting Raksi and him possibly making mistakes that may lead to dangerous consequences. Makara is currently in a quiet pavilion near a pond while throwing pebbles at the water just to kill time. "By the gods, I'm such a fuckup" Words of self loathing comes out of his mouth as he throws another pebble out of frustration. %
Fudou the Mountain	"Well now, that wasn't very impressive." He could be referring to the pebble toss or the meeting. Maybe both. Either way, Fudou's arrival is with little fanfare nor much delay. He was not there and now he is. Undoubtly having approached as an animal and shifted nearby from some sort of common local fauna. NOw his shadow looms over Makara as he towers behind him, cast mostly in shadow save for the glint of reflectied light off of his glasses. "Come on now. Don't talk like that. You'll just make yourself feel worse."
Tepet Makara	He sighs with disappointment as the pebble didn't get that far at all. As Fudou arrives, he turns his attention to him. "Was mostly practicing throwing stuff around. I usually do it with javelins but it's back in Greyfalls. I'm learning it mostly to expand my combat capabilities beyond claws, blades and fists." An expression of embarrassment can be seen in his face. "Man, I was a mess in that meeting regarding plans to visit Raksi. I don't know what's worse, lying to her or telling the truth that I'm a dynast. Sometimes I wish another lunar was the one who discovered me first when I first exalted in the North"
Fudou the Mountain	"Well.." Fudou seems to ponder this and then considers what direction to move in before finally rumbling, "What is it exactly that you are afraid of? Have you not had dealings with other Lunars? You have to decide on who and what you are. You've no neophyte exalted but perhaps in some ways you are? What is it that you want and wish to be known by?"
Tepet Makara	Makara ponders on the questions presented to him. "Afraid of? Sometimes I fear that my ruse will be discovered by my family and will turn against me for me being Anathema. I actually had dealings with other lunars before such as the one who tattooed me from Skandar Bhal but I rejected the offer to join the Pact to be close with my family. There was also a lunar that tried to find me in the North but he's...." He then skips the lunar he mentioned as Makara seems to be uncomfortable mentioning him "Although I'm experienced, I still have yet to familiarize with the affairs of other Lunars since I'm not a member of the Silver Pact. The reason why I hope to visit Raksi is to meet a shahanya for the first time and hope to prove my worth to other lunars"
Fudou the Mountain	"Then you are -not- experienced.." counters Fudou, "You can't very well expect people to react any other way nor can you try and hold onto a life you don't belong to anymore. This is why..you -cannot- go to see Raksi right now,. You're not ready. You dont' knwo yourself yet." Fudou frowns, resting a hand on his waist, "You need to understand something. There is no obligation or ask for you or anyone to go. This is something Bright Journey has been working towards for some time. The call isn't even mine to make. I just made the connection with her and Tiziri but because she knows so many, people just want to attach themselves to this journey. But there is a very specific purpose in this and much to do. You need to settle yourself first because if you go as you are now you risk much for yourself and others. You should attempt to at least go to a lunar moot first.."
Tepet Makara	Even if he wishes to join, this was a bitter and hard pill to swallow. "So I cannot join huh? Very well since I still have yet to understand the workings of our kind" There was no enmity coming from him even if he cannot join them to Mahalanka. "I guess I should visit a Lunar moot then but when and where does it usually happen?"
Fudou the Mountain	"I don't think you understnad the concerns or severity." notes Fudou after a moment of silence. "And in truth you've had this problem since we first met. You're bizarrely forthcoming and then at the same time unsure of yourself. You reveal your entire hand at every turn but then seem uncertain about your path. You are clearly a great warrior but this lack of surety in yourself is dangerous for us. For you. Raksi will see through that and use it to her own end if she's not insulted outright by the lack of confidence." Fudou shakes his head and then asks, "What is it about our kind you don't understand? You exalted as a lunar. Luna came to you just as she did me, Rishi, Tiziri and others."
Tepet Makara	"I'm still unsure of myself? I guess you have a point. I hope to deal with it someday but I don't know how to. Hopefully me partaking in a Lunar moot can help with that. I was also planning to take a personal trip to the North for something I have in mind" He then ponders regarding him not knowing much of their kind. "Sure I meet you and the others, although I mostly am unfamiliar with the workings of the Silver Pact since I'm unaffiliated for now"
Fudou the Mountain	"Hmm.." The giant man seems unsatisfied and then finally rumbles, "I came from Volivat originally. Made my way to the hundred kingdoms. I am a Yennin. A product of their breeding to produce warriors who could face even the Dragonblood. But I escaped. I made my way east over time and spent time as a slave and then a Chappion Gladiator. I cam to believe that the strong should rule the weak and that strength of body and will was all that mattered in this world. I became a bandit and had men but despite my beliefs I wanted to protect them and exalted when they came under assault and Luna saw my unwillingness to stop even when my body had long failed me. From her I gleaned that there are different ways to know strength and I sought to improve myself and grow ever stronger but I didn't shake the belief that by being strong othres should fall before me and be guided by me and those who I felt were worthy." He considers this and thens ays, "I met other lunars and learned about the different ways and beliefs of the Pact but there is no one answer. No one path. They all see differnt roads to take to protect Creation. It is not politics that you need or crave, it is purpose and a name you can proudly give. You're tied down by your past and your family but you are a Chosen. You should consider that."
Tepet Makara	"Makara silently listens to Fudou's story while wondering if he should tell something. But once it came to how each lunar has a path of their own, he decides to do so. "Before I was exalted, I was a naive soldier of the Realm and its Immaculate Order. I was so naive in fact that I believed Anathema were demons possessing people" He gives another embarrassed sigh as he tells it. "But when I exalted, I felt like a wild beast both metaphorically and literally. Free yet no purpose. Even if I was discovered by my water aspect master and helped me pose as a dragonblood. My belief in the Immaculate religion became shallow that me going to a temple of that faith is only as a mere facade to prevent others from discovering." "I think I know why I am so unsure. It's because me exalting as a Lunar destroyed my old beliefs and made me listless. I only stayed with my family, since the turmoil in the Realm may result in their fall hence why I do my best to make sure. If I do survive this age of turmoil....I'll decide to abandon them eventually and create a new name for myself as a Silver Dragon"
Fudou the Mountain	"Maybe you should talk to Amethyst more or Black Pearl. You're not the only one that has had their beliefs challenged. You don't need to know the ins and outs of The Silver Pact bt you need to be able to stand strong and be strong. I can understand having a a hard time re-learning things and having what you believed for so long pulled out from under you.." FUdou nods his head, "But now you're Exalted and must look at things new.."
Tepet Makara	He gives a warm smile to Fudou. "Thanks for your words. I should find my resolve someday. I am actually allied with Black Pearl especially since my mentor is related to her. I also have a dream someday that the Wyld Hunts will be stopped hence I work with her. Even if it's seemingly impossible, I'll still strive for it" "Even if I do not join you in your trip to the Queen Of Fang's domain, I wish you all luck. I may not have the chance to do so, but I plan to go on a pilgrimage to the Caul"
