Tiziri A ways out, in an isolated place, there is an ivory tower and pavillion. That tower wasn't there last week. But it's there now. How it got there? Who knows. Is something weird happening besides it? Nope! It's just there. If anything it seems oddly welcoming. Though on a grey day like this it is perhaps slightly less visible. Still, it's there!
Fudou the Mountain Well with a mystery like that - how can a curious lunar resist! Contrary to how he attempts to carry himself, Fudou is not nearly as aloof as some might presume him to be. So much of it is an act. Indeed, curiousity and wonder are deep within him even if he can flip a switch and turn into a terrible building crushing, skull reshaping bandit ogre.

But for now, as he wings it overhead in the guise of a hawk, he sees the tower where one wasn't before..and promptly lands not to far off, emerging into his monstrously big human form with a plume of dust and a rumble of loose rocks and pebbles accompanying his arrival. He rols his massive shoulders and then begins approaching the building rather boldly and directly.

Tiziri Outside, there is a place that seems... weird. But it's just a feeling, nothing more. The building? It's definitely the opposite, beckoning, warm, pleasant. The Architecture too might be odd, if it would be recognizable, not quite of the local region, but instead a strange combination of that which might be seen in the deep South West along the Dreaming Sea and... something else.
Fudou the Mountain "Hmm.."

Fudou prowls around the outer edge of the tower with his eyes narrowing in thought and confusion. The strange feeling...yes it is there and he does notice it and he purses his lips in thought as he looks the area over and then looks back to the tower again.

He's not quite sure what he's looking for but his eyes rove over the area in search of anything that might raise the hackles of someone. Signs of fae mischief. Things being slightly off kilter or not quite natural.

Even with that in mind, he begins a deliberate approach to the tower and rumbles out, "Hellooooo!! Did someone forget something??"

Tiziri There is a moment near the door, that things seem quiet, then suddenly. "Oh? I know that voice." Then the sound of the gate unlocking. "Come in." And the door opens moments later, to reveal a wonderful room inside, comfortable, welcoming, filled with the most luxurious looking furniture and all sorts of fruits, vegetables, and nuts upon a table, along with a seeming wine fountain? And in the middle, sitting in meditation is Tiziri. Or rather, Tiziris. There seems to be three of them right now! Though standing up one of them walks to each, touching them and they seem to disappear. Then she moves over towards a glass to get some wine. "Come in. Drink. It's perfectly safe." She explains. "This is my campsite." She definitely puts the Glamping in Camping!
Fudou the Mountain "..I might be mistaken as I have been known to drink a lot but I seem to be seeing more then one of you!"

Fudou's eyebrows lift and his eyes widen as he takes in the scene but, more then the splendour of the room itself, the fact that there seem to be two extra Tiziri's.

What is this..?" He looks around, stepping in gingerly despite the assurance of safety. He seems unfamiliar to be sure. "Is this your home?"

Tiziri The other two now absorbed back into Tiziri, the young woman just grins impishly. "Indeed. There were. A little trick I've been working on. It's really quite useful." She says, beckoning towards everything. "This is an Ivory Orchid Pavillion. A wonderful little shelter against the elements that particularly powerful sorcerors can conjure. Especially useful for someone like me, who likes to travel. Rishi uses it too, though hers looks a bit different." She takes a draw from her wine.
Fudou the Mountain "You know..I had forgotten that you were a sorceress. I'm so used to seeing you carry that spear around and yet of course you are. Raksi is your Shahan-Ya..."

He seems slightly embaressed that he hadn't considered such an obvious connection but does accept the wine.

"..I suppose Rishi's would be different. I'm sure the nature of the spell reflects the caster.."

He knows -something- about sorcery even if he hasn't delved into it. Smarter then the average muscle bound behemoth. "..Very nice." he concludes.

Tiziri Drinking the Wine will almost immediately give a feeling of really liking the place. Plus, the wine is damned good! Tiziri just grins at what is said though, sipping her own wine again. "I am a girl of many talents. I like to hide them until they come out. It is better for keeping others knowing what I can do." She says, that impishness not leaving. She moves to a divan and lays down on it while taking another long draught of her beverage. "And when I leave? It will go away. Leaving only some flowers. So much better than a tent."
Fudou the Mountain "Hn. Remind me to bring you along the next time I need to take a trip to The Tangle."

Fudou sits, cross legged now and leaning forward to rest his mammoth arms against his knees as he peers at Tziri.

"Yes you are full of surprises luv. I never pegged you for enjoying such finery. You've got me fooled, or had at least, and I imagine have the others fooled as well.. Our erstwhile associates, I mean. Got any more secrets?"

Tiziri "If I admit to it, then they wouldn't be secrets." Tiziri says with a giggle to match her cheshire grin. "But I do like luxury. After all, I lived like a queen in Mahalanka. Such is the way of things." She sets aside her drink and stretches out. "Not that I'm too good for a campfire along the road. But this does have benefits. I can't imagine how nice it would have been during a sandstorm, for one."
Fudou the Mountain "Our abilities make roughing it easy enough. Just be a badger or a bird but ... I have no issues or complaints about luxury. Some of our kind dislike the city life but I rather like the brothels, drug dens, tea houses and bars..and a little bit of fine wining and dining now and again."

Is he joking? Hard to tell at first even though his grin grows and his eyes dance with mischief.

"But no, I've had enough of dealing with The Tangle's annoying feature sjust to visit my SHahan-Ya. Next time, I go in style."

Tiziri Tiziri giggles some more at that, a happier sound. "Exactly. As I said, we're kings and queens. We can live like them when we want. Should." She adds. "And really, this is even better for lengthier projects, and rests. I've been meditating, focusing on learning new things, and more insight into myself. So knowing I've got a perfectly good bed, and a nicely secure place? It makes all the difference."
Fudou the Mountain "You might pick a better hiding spot next time although, I suppose, what are the odds of most people finding it at random."

Fudou leans back, propping himself up with a single arm now. "Strange to hear you talk like living like a king and queen though. I suppose you are full of surprises..and contradictions. I"d expect that from Rishi but not you.."

He considers her a few more seconds and then asks, "Are you going to participate in that tournament?"

Tiziri "Probably not. As I said, I like to hide what I can do, and my own skills are... rather unsuited for such spectacles. A bit too... destructive." Tiziri says with pursed lips, before she once more grabs her wine and sips it. "Now, as for the rest? Why wouldn't I? Raksi herself is one. Her philosophy says each of our kind deserves our own realm in time. Such is the way of things."
Fudou the Mountain "Because being a king or a queen is an open and auspcious thing and you've spent much of your time warning and chiding about being too open about what we are and seemingly unwilling to risk facing The Hunt...something a king or a queen must do."

Fudou grins a little bit now, leaning forward slightly, "If you'd be a queen..I will gladly help you find your queendom and take it. You just need to say the word and be willing to make it so."

Tiziri "Aha, there is the key. As I mentioned, in time." Tiziri adds. "Honestly, in time it will no longer be possible to hide like I have. In time I will unleash a powerful spell, or attract attention. Hopefully by that time I'll be truly ready, and that's the reason it is not a contradiction for me. I don't fear, I merely caution. Because preparation is better than being caught before you are ready."
Fudou the Mountain "I don't disagree....I chided Rishi recently on her actions..pushing her over the edge in the process.."

Fudou frowns mildly and then adds hastily, "SHe's better now but.. don't you think the situation here is..a little different then what both of our shahan-ya's taught us about? There are many solars here and more lunars then usual outside of our own domains."

He pauses and then adds, "Maybe the time is now, not later."

Tiziri Tiziri is pensive for a moment, her expression sobering. "Perhaps." She agrees. But then she takes another deep breath and adds, "The Defense Grid may be down. That gives us safety. But Lookshy too has powerful weapons. A convergence of our kinds like this could draw something... terrible all the same. That's where I think Caution may still be wisest. Even more so if somehow the Empress is not really gone, merely setting a trap. How many of us could be dealt with now?"
Fudou the Mountain "Maybe." notes Fudou. After all, he cannot say one way or the other.

"However, even if she was, how could she predict and be ready for what happens now? It's not just us few here in Great Forks no? All across Creation the Solars emege where they hadn't been before. North, South, East, West.. The Dreaming Sea. In numbers far beyond what the Hunt has had to deal with and that was with a Realm strong and backing them. Now you have Solars who grow strong. Gods that support or permit them. Lunars that back them or at least allow them space to grow stronger..."

Tiziri "All correct." Tiziri finishes her jar, looks at it like it has betrayed her and then gets up to walk over towards the fountain and fill it up. Then back to her place. "But that, you see, is exactly why too many of us in one place is bad. As you say, hard to devote attention to a few, maybe even a circle. Yet as many as are here? That might just warrant attention." She sits back down and looks upwards, "That's part of why I am camped further away, just to be safe. It's still an easy flight to the city."
Fudou the Mountain "Mm.."

He can't argue with her. There is prudence in caution though Fudou mildly protests at the last, "I doubt any would risk open war with Great Forks or any of the great cities in the Scavenger Lands. Not with Thorns sitting right there and the gods of Great Forks so powerful and commerce so strong. You may over-estimate The Realm and surely even if we -are- attacked..which is inevitable... The solution is simple.." his voice trails off at that.

Tiziri "As I say, I'm not a coward." Tiziri shrugs. "I'm cautious. I'm preparing myself for when I am more than capable of doing exactly what you imply. Win. Preparing for the point they will never understand, or see what is coming. Still another reason I like to hide my own skills, after all, who can prepare for me if they don't know what I can do?"
Fudou the Mountain "As you say." confirms Fudou, nodding hsi head and gesturing in agreement.

"There are, though, reasons why one would want their legend to spread. To inspire fear, to draw others to them who are of like mind and liek strength. To prepare -that- way by the power of their name and to be able to prove that power in action. I can't say one method is better than the other but..there is a tournament and I'm thinking I will likely participate. At the very least, Rishi is suggesting I train with her to learn methods of disguising my nature and my warform but...I'm not sure I will be able to learn it all in time.. But I will obviously have to be careful..."

Tiziri "Now you? Have definitely shown enough I can see such a tournament being of interest to you, and why. It's, I suppoes you could say, in your nature." Tiziri notes, "Just as secrecy is in mine. Time will tell which has its effect. Which is right. I suppose you could see my own as something of an extension of my teacher's ways. Just as she holds to her kingdom so as not to draw too much attention. I shall seek the right time for my own Kingdom. Probably after I've searched Creation and found what calls to me."
Fudou the Mountain "TO be fair I have never said or implied you were a coward. Those are your words, and implication. Not mine. I only suggest that a time for subterfuge may be coming to an end or may have already ended and we just don't know it yet. But also that Great Forks is ..here..and we should use it to our advantage."

Fudou shakes his head a fwe times and then says, "I don't think one way is greater then the other..I think that we should...pick a way that best suits our circumstance and..if we don't like those circumstances we should.." he waves a hand a few times, "..Change them. Regardless, this tournament is happening and it will draw all manner of super natural beings and martial artists."

Tiziri "Oh, it absolutely was. I was merely cutting off any thought beforehand. Even if you never would have." She takes another long sip. "So don't worry, nothing offensive intended or taken." She says, then yawns. "Yes, those who come to it should be interesting. And while I won't take part, I do intend to observe. At least somewhat. It is an excellent way to gauge our potential allies and enemies." She then says, "Forgive me, my training has been quite intense. Feel free to rest here tonight too, you'll find it more than comfortable. The beds are as wonderful as everything else, and you'll wake up feeling quite refreshed. My preparations will protect us too, so we need fear no ambush. But I really do think I should go sleep before this wine starts making me feel like I won't make it upstairs." She laughs again.
