Tiziri A young woman in an orange and blue outfit fashionable amongst the more wealthy of the middle class, locally, is wandering through the stands on a street that is well known for selling various instruments. She is pausing before one selling a horse head fiddle, currently, looking at it, asking questions about the tone and difficulty. though she does seem just a little uncertain about it all the same, and adjusts her head scarf a bit and starts to turn away.
Serene Herald There is a man dressed nicely, if not fashionably, in jacket, shirt, and trowsers. Somewhat disconcertingly, with a scabbard strapped to his back, and a spider the saze of a small dog that follows him through the market. At the next booth over, he starts to talk with the metalwork proprietor. "Good afternoon. I am of wondering," he says, "If you would be knowing where to be finding materials of rarity? I am of knowing that Jade is being restricted to those chosen by Dragons, but if you are of knowing anything else suitable? Metals? Gossamar?"
Tiziri The young woman who was just at the instrument shop ends up moving forward with a weird sort of sulk to her now. It so turns out she ends up at another instrument shop just across from the metalworking one. This one has a series of seven string instruments with a box like frame. the instruments known as Guqin seem to ge tthe girl's interest as she starts to pluck away at them... or perhaps something has started to catch her interest nearby? Because she does seem to have an odd interest about her.
Serene Herald There is...something...in the air. A focus, a center of attention that starts to radiate from the man with the pet spider. And the shopkeeper stares a long while. "I...I don't have anything myself, but Gold Tooth, she has those, or knows who does." The keeper almost looks scared, and pulls away slightly. "Now, be off! I have nothing to sell you!" And he turns away, deliberately, to tend to another customer.

The man sighs, and turns around, starting to walk across the street. "Now whos is of being Gold Tooth," he says, coming closer to the stall with instruments.

Tiziri The blue haired young woman is happily smiling as she plucks at the strings of the instrument. There's something about this that seems to be enticing. Like something is finally happening, a real sort of situation where a thing has come to point of fate! The girl seems to be smiling widely. "I love this sound, it's.. it's lovely." She says. "Small enough to travel with, big sound, I could still sing." She's seeming more and more happy about it. "I'll take it!" She says, pulling out a string of money to pay with. "Will you take this?" And so the haggling begins! Oddly, she seems attentive, almost distracted in a way.
Serene Herald The black-haired nam's voice is getting closer, until suddenly there is a loud chittering on the ground right behind the blue-haired woman. "Oh! I am of being sorry. I was lost in thought, and noticed not you! Please be to forgive?" He looks somewhat chagrigned, and his eyes seem to have an iridescant shimmer to them
Tiziri The young woman who suddenly gets interrupted in her haggling for the instrument looks back, "No problem!" then back to the very important business at hand. It isn't much longer before she agrees to the price and hands over the requistite currency! Then she grabs the instrument rather reverantly, smiling widely. "Thank you!" Then she turns almost in a celebratory sort of way and says, "Start of a new career, I'm going to start being a traveling singer with the caravans." Tiziri notes to the stranger proudly. Perhaps a bit odd for someone who just bought a new instrument!
Serene Herald "That is of being excellent! To bring joy is important. Entertaining after a log day of work is good," The man nods soberly. "I have not tried to have been playing or singing. But finding answers. And more important, to be of finding questions!" A slight smile now. "What caravans are you thinking of, to travel with?"
Tiziri "Not sure yet." The young woman says, "Yet I've been traveling enough, and being able to entertain after a long day's travel makes you a lot more valuable than someone who can just help carry things or fight off bandits." Tiziri grins, "And really, look at me. I'm not exactly an intimidating warrior. So I'll take any advantage I can get." And given her Dreaming Sea accent, she's obviously made it some distance already!
Serene Herald His accent is farther West than the Southeast, another wanderer? "Yes, definitely to have all advantages," he says with a grin. "Myself? A scholar is often poor, so a bandit could well leave me alone." He shakes his head, "Are you of being here long? Knowing the markets? If so, may I be asking of assistance?"
Tiziri "Long enough to have spent some time exploring, if nothing else." Tiziri says, still holding this new Guqin like it's a new baby. She then gets the silken case to put it in and starts to do that too. "So I can try if nothing else. What are you looking for? I mean, a place like this tends to have almost anything you could want. I wanted an instrument, and I found it after all!" She grins widely.
Serene Herald "True, but I am of looking for materials for a smith to be using in the making of an orrery. And to be making one, one of being high quality, needs materials of magic even! So...I am knowing they have it not here. But I am to keep tracking rumors until I am of finding the right place." A wry grin, "Or someone is of sending goons to bring me and figure ot why I am of being so nosy."
Tiziri The young woman purses her lips at that, seeming perhaps less surprised than one might expect from such a statement. "I don't honestly know. Though if there is a place you could find something like that, it would definitely be here. I feel like you probably can find almost anything here. I don't even know where else might compare to this bazaar, not anywhere I've heard of so far at least."
Serene Herald "I am of thinking that we can be finding where to go here, but things are hidden. And if you are not konwing where they are, they are not of wanting you to buy?" Herals frowns slightly, then shrugs. "Still, if nothing else, lok here to make sure here is where they are /not/! And I am of having bad manners--I almost am walking in to you, and then am not offering a name. Please be calling me Perfect Question. How should I call you?"
