Fudou the Mountain Just where doed A Mountain hang his feet up?

Apparently anywhere he wants. Fudou's actual place of respite is an unknown enigma. He's never actually revealed it to his allies, certainly not his fandom and certainly not those that ight mean him harm. If he's found 'relaxing' in the city it's usually been in a bar, tea house, resturant or one of the many, many dens of drugs and brothels in search of satisfaction of various sorts. HIs home? Does he even have one?

Apparently he does. Or at least a saefhouse. A large warehouse within the cities western quarters. It blends in quite nicely given the other places of storage and commerce and the tradings of goods so it doesn't really tand out and would never e found if the lunar did not want it found. Such is entirely the point.

Makara, however, would have been given directions and the directions function in a way that attempting to tail him would be quite difficult. Fudou's own abilities make certain of that after all. Eventually he'd find himself at the large warehouse and it's adjacent buildings where fudou awaits, leaning on a large crate with arms folded as he keeps an eye out for the other lunar.

Tepet Makara "Sorry if I'm late, was practicing water dragon style" Makara says as he approaches Fudou once he sees him. "Didn't expect to see you here but I admit the place is unassuming which is great for cover" Even if there is nothing notable about this place, this indeed is a good meeting ground especially when it comes to something private.

"Do you plan to tell me something? I assume it has something to do with the Consortium"

Fudou the Mountain "It's more then simply a cover. If I dont' want to be found, then my trickster behavior keeps it hidden. Even tracking me here is near impossible." explains Fudou, "It's a eat trick. It can act as a safehouse for as many as I feel it needs to. COme on inside.."

The giant man opens the door to allow the other lunar in.

Inside he would find -- actually surprisingly opulent den! He's been busy it seems. Furniture sized for him as well as for guests. Food on large trays and other convienences that might suggest he's hired help to keep the place clean and suitable for long term living. A true 'bachelors pad' for lack of any other description. Large windows allow for great lighting and where those are not viable, lamplight does the rest.

"Tiziri was here a few days ago. You're only the second person I have let be here of our little friends circle. By the way, be careful of Wandering Tree. He doesn't like dynasts. You may want to introduce your true self to him soon so you don't accidentally get crushed by a bear hug.."

After more consideration he asks, "Why are you learning Water Dragon?"

Tepet Makara "Well I already learnt the basics of water dragon before I even met you all. It's from an Immaculate monk water aspect that's related to Pearl. If you know her true secret lineage, you would know his true house. He's tolerant of anathema as long as they do not attack the Realm especially innocent citizenry. He even mentioned working with a Lunar before, since they aided in stopping some sort of radical lunar from genociding a thinblooded dragonblood family who didn't even practice Immaculate religions nor the Wyld Hunt" Makara says with a tired tone since that was a mouthful.

"Oh Wandering Tree, I do intend to reveal my true nature to him in the right moment and place, even if alone despite the risk"

Fudou the Mountain "He'll understand as long as you do it. Bright Journey and the fact that we were comfortable with you is what saved that little dinner encounter. The situation there is complicated. She's his Solar mate."

He lets that sink in for a second though after consideration he adds, "You do know what that means, don't you? I forget you didn't have a shahan-ya or much to do with The Pact so some traditions and expectations might be lost on you..."

He then leans forward, "And you're right, it is about THe Consortium. Like I said I talked to Tiziri last night and she found some important information out. She suggested you asssit and possibly Misa. We'll have to move fast but if this plan is to work it'll need your full abiliteis and cooperation. We need to do some 'piracy'...."

Tepet Makara "Well good for Bright she found her mate. I'm not that interested in solar bonds that much but I did remember my past self with his mate in one of my dreams" Makara replies as he wonders if his solar mate is incarnated somewhere out there in Creation.

"Ah the Consortium. I do intend to approach them...or one of their agents will approach me if they saw me "valiantly chasing the anathema". I sought to become their false ally if they think I'm an asset. But so far what's the plan?"

Fudou the Mountain "IF you meet your Solar Mate it's not going to be a matter of if you're 'intersted or ont'" notes Fudou with a rough rolling laugh, "Yu're not just going on a date with some random person man, they are your soul bond. You'll msot certainly be interested in them and they in you but I get not seeking them out right now.. As to the rest...forget all that. Remember Anathema aren't -illegal- in Great Forks. Nobody here cares. I'm not sure pursuing that lead is going to matter if they haven't already come to you - rather you should have already gone directly to them not just waited to see if you were approached. But let's move past that point. Tiziri informed me that they already have the documents they're sending loaded up and shipping off under guard. The truth is we still are only -speculating- it's going to be a potential wyld hunt. It could be anything, anyone. Even one of us. But we need to know. There's a ship that's going to be going and she wants to get onto it and steal the documents and if necessary we destroy the ship.."

He pauses and then adds, "But we don't want to tip any hands into knowing it was us. Anathema in Great Forks. So Tiziri had the idea....of using the dead. Attacking the ship with a horde of the undead. AN attack from an enraged necromancer... ANd while the dead besiege the ship we take what we need. However if it goes wrong we'll have to intervene more directly.."

Tepet Makara "Me using necromancy at their ship?" Makara thinks if he considers that plan against the Consortium. "I don't know if the river it's in has a nearby graveyard but I'll scout around if there are any burial sites within the vicinity but we must consider any consequences of using the undead first"

"We may pin this attack to a deathknight working for the Mask Of Winters but it may just implicate Great Forks and will only draw the eyes of the Wyld Hunt. But if they do believe it was the work of a deathknight, they may look in the wrong direction. So a 50/50"

Fudou the Mountain "Why do you think that implicating THe Mask or a rogue Deathknight might mean that they would assume Great Forks is behind it? The city suffered a great war against the dead after all. For what logic would someone think that someone here linked to the city command the dead to attack the ship? If anything it would make them more fearful of The Mask or what lays in The Shadowland?" counters Fudou, sounding surprised.

"The entire point of using the dead is so that we don't have to intervene ourselves. IF we did then we'd run the risk of exposing anathema interest in what's going on but the dead provide a third party that may simply want to raid the ship. That's the goal. Hmm...we would have to plan carefully yes and find an appropriate graveyard or a sunken ship..."

Tepet Makara "If they are devoted Immaculates especially a stereotypical Ledaal, they may come up with excuses no matter how wild it is. Even if they seek Great Forks for any hidden deathknights, it may implicate the exalts here. Now that you've mentioned it, things do come out of shadowlands to wreak havoc so the explanation for the zombies can be justified" He takes note of it.

"also if they manage to approach me and think I'm a Wyld Hunt loving maniac, I may try to pretend to fend off the zombies if they invite me to the ship while I make other distractions"

"will temporarily halt my martial arts training for now so I can focus in necromancy and making my channeling of it better once we start"
Fudou the Mountain "I don't think that's a concern. It's not the dynasts for sure. In fact we don't -know- who this is..that's the entire point." notes Fudou, "And if they are going over backwards to come up with any excuse in Creation in order to justify a war with Great Forks? Tth...that says more for the state of things then anything and maybe The Realm is truly ready to fall. Ships sink all the time all across Creation. The Raksha, demons, deathknights, monsters of the deep and mortal pirates. The excuses are legion. IN this case we want to use the dead in order to avoid getting our own hands dirty."

He sounds mildly exasperated ...but as Makara seems to agree to want to give it a try he nods his head. "Don't overcomplicate. Why are you so dead set on having them approach you? Let's find out for sure-who- they are. You might jhst be putting yourself in jeapordy you know. I don't suggest you be on the ship -as- a dragonblood. Rather we may need you to play the part of the wicked necromancer."

He considers matters and then says, "I think you should wait for sure until we are together with Tiziri. This is going to take -careful- coordination or it won't work but prepare your magic at least. Are you certain you can raise enough dead to do this?"

Tepet Makara "Fine I'm gonna be in charge of the zombies rather than infiltrate. I hope we do meet with the others for better coordination"
Fudou the Mountain "We have to. It won't work if we don't. That's the whole point." notes Fudou, "But if you're on board, I'll arrange a meeting with Tiziri. She's got the bulk of the information."
