Flame's Shadow	Although he wasn't able to meet a particular godblooded in Great Forks, Flame's Shadow decides to try the local establishments and he firsts sets his sights on the Chateau Of Resplendent Delights. "Ah, a chateau based on the Blessed Isle? Interesting" Flame's Shadow has always been interested in learning about the seat of the Realm from the novels he reads about magistrates solving mysteries. Once he enters, the dragonblooded orders from the menu with the finest wine they have. Flame's Shadow appears as a man dressed in a black suit. His hair and goatee is ginger however his skin has a mildly red coloring to it while his veins appear to be glowing with magma. The other thing about him is his horns, which may result in him being mistaken as a demon. However his own shadow does not match his form as it looks like a pillar of fire After ordering, he reads a small novel he gets from his pocket
Black Pearl	The wine comes soon enough--a chilled product of the Cynis, of course--and when it does, so does a woman with ebony skin, pearlescant hair, and flowing silk that clings to her, along with the scent of clean fresh water and the sensation of light mist. "Greetings," she says in Riverspeak, "Welcome to the Chateau. As one of the Dragon-chosen, this first time, your entertainment is my concern--you need not pay." She smiles, "Who are you? And what brings you here?"
Flame's Shadow	"Ah a fellow prince of the earth and an aspect of water at that." He smiles to the chosen of Danaad. "I am Flame's Shadow, outcaste detective whose base of operations is in the Hundred Kingdoms. My blood is blessed by the dragon of fire. I hope you do not mind my horns and my other strangeness. Even some prince of the earth find it strange" He says while sipping the wine and tasting the various delicacies he ordered. "If my moniker is too long, just call me Velther although my full name should be Laevatein Velther"
Black Pearl	"As Black Pearl, who am I to ignore a delightfully evocative name?" The water-caste smiles and slides into the seat. "As for the rest, I tell you truly, I have seen far stranger. So what brings you to the best venue of entertainment in the city of temples, Flame's Shadow? It is uncommon to see one of us new here.
Flame's Shadow	"I plan to expand my reach in not just the Hundred Kingdoms but the rest of the Scavenger Lands. I came here to see a godblooded for some matters but it seems he is far too busy lately." He says but doesn't speak more about it for reasons unknown. "Oh there are dragonblooded far stranger than me? And I thought my other lineage and my "sorcery" is enough" He mildly coughs whenever he mentions sorcery to imply something else. "I came here to experience a taste of the Blessed Isle. When I was a child, I enjoy the stories of magistrates fighting crime and such, which inspired me to become an investigator. I hope to explore the Blessed Isle someday but the other dragons may not like me"
Black Pearl	"They will like you well enough, if you have the money and pay proper respect. They will likely look down on you, though, as one not of the Realm," Pearl replies. "As for a taste of the Isle, well that you shall have. As for your godblooded, well, I make it my business to know what goes on in and around the city...who were you looking for and why?"
Flame's Shadow	"It's a private affair so I can't tell you that much, but he's one of the children of one of the Three if you know what I mean" He mentions to the water aspect as the godblood may be the progeny of one of the three patron gods of Great Forks. "I have enough money to afford luxury so it may be possible despite my horns" He continues sipping on the wine and wipes off the stain from his face. "I may go there when I have the time. Maybe in Arjuf or Pangu"
Black Pearl	"Ah, well, as long as the Three don't stop you, I wish you well, and can try to help. Other than that?" She grins, "Well, there are many pleasures to be had here. And Cynis will fete you just to cause strife among the other houses. Or, you can go to the Satrapies and enjoy the outer Realm. May things indeed." She reaches to pour some wine herself and after she takes a sip, "As an investegator...is there anything happening I should be aware of?"
Flame's Shadow	"So far nothing much as I've resolved some mysteries back in the Hundred Kingdoms. I am also for hire as a private eye just in case you need one and I bet you Cynis want to find out the secrets of other houses." Velther smirks at the possibility. Truth is more poisonous than lies after all. "As for my sorceries, I'm one of the rare dragons that practices it's more morbid equivalent. I wish I can use true sorcery but no dragon can wield both. I got that gift when I was a child before Hesiesh's essence awakened within me"
Black Pearl	Black Pearl hmms. "I haven't been initiated into anything myself like that, but...there are those who find it distasteful, whereas your horns are a delightful distraction." She pauses a moment, "On the other hand, others will be glad to work and learn magic and recoil at the horns. It will take all types."
Flame's Shadow	"Hopefully I'll meet dragonblooded as tolerant as you if I do travel to the Blessed Isle even if rare" The horned fire aspect nods at Black Pearl as he finishes his wine glass. "Oh and I forgot to mention, one of the mysteries I sought to investigate are the rumors of anathema imbued with the power of the Yozis. I do not know if they are mere exaggerated rumors but I plan to find out more about them to assess their threat"
